Welcome to the Ripstein Lab

We are a new research group studying the structure and function of large biomolecular assemblies involved in protein degradation.  To gain insights into how these molecular machines work we utilize combination of electron cryomicroscopy (cryoEM), biochemical, and biophysical techniques.
